McCrea, PC begins representing you in court after a retainer is completed and signed. This is an agreement between you and your criminal defense attorneys in Oregon for legal services and to appear in court on your behalf. It also specifies what expected legal fees and costs are included.
Legal fees are negotiated at the time of consultation and are included in your retainer agreement; they will be paid to your attorney. Additional costs may be associated with your case, including filing fees, private investigator fees, etc. These additional costs are different from attorney fees. They must be accounted for separately.
